1. License and Usage

By purchasing a template from PentestApp, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the document for your own business purposes, including issuing reports and contracts to your clients. You may modify the templates as needed for your engagements.

You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly publish the raw templates as standalone products or competing services.

2. No Legal Advice

Our legal contracts (such as NDAs, Master Service Agreements, and Rules of Engagement) are provided for informational purposes and as starting points for your own documentation. They do not constitute legal advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring any contracts you use are legally sound in your jurisdiction. We strongly recommend having a qualified attorney review any legal documents before use.

3. Refunds

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final. However, if you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase or find a material defect in the template, please contact us at support@pentestapp.tech within 14 days of purchase, and we will work with you to resolve the issue or issue a refund at our discretion.

4. Limitation of Liability

PentestApp and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our templates. You assume all risk associated with the use of these documents in your professional engagements.
